                                         Dear Lord,

                      Fill everyone with happiness.

May we share the joy, peace and love in our hearts

                      with everyone around us.

Be kind to those who have less than we have and

                     make them feel special.

Be kind to all the people we know, and help us to put a

                              smile on their faces.

                                          Amen.

MORNING PRAYER (Wednesday 10/04/2019)

As we come towards the end of Lent we pray that you:

Receive the sign of the cross on your forehead – learn to know Christ and follow him.

Receive the sign of the cross on your ears that you may hear the voice of the Lord.

Receive the sign of the cross on your eyes that you may see the glory of God.

We make this prayer through Christ, our Lord.

Dear God,

Help us in this time of Lent which leads us to the celebration of Easter; help us to embrace the Way of Jesus Christ and to remember why we celebrate Easter, not for the commercial reasons, but for you. Help us to understand and embrace your way of seeing the world and of seeing other people.
