God our Father, Teach me balance in life.

Lead me to grow in faith

And keep a healthy balance in my life.

Inspire me

To remain committed to my daily work,

To share quality time with my family and friends,

and to enjoy sufficient rest and recreation this weekend.

Our Father as we come to you this day, we thank you for your constant watch and care over us.

Lord you watch out for us even when we don’t realise it.

Walk with us today, we acknowledge your goodness.

Be with our family and loved ones.

Protect them we pray.

at developing them

- to become more patient,

- to grow in wisdom,

- and to be faithful in friendship.
