No matter what you do wrong

Because we can never stay mad for long

Because you were the one who was always there

For all the joys and times we’ve shared

Because through it all

You saw me for me

I pray for you

Because without you

Only God knows where I’d be

Because even when times are tough

MORNING PRAYER (Tuesday 17^th November 2020)

Dear Lord,

Help us, when we face punishment, to accept it without complaint.

Help us to realise that we can grow through recognizing our faults.

We pray that we have the grace to accept our mistakes and own up to our wrongs.

Help us to be more like Jesus and to turn the other cheek without whisper of protest from our lips.

Amen.

MORNING PRAYER (Wednesday 18^th November 2020)

Special people in our lives sometimes leave us because of broken relationships or through death.

During times like these we ask God to help us be strong and brave and to get through this difficult time.

We ask God to make us more supportive to those suffering great pain through loss of a loved one.

There are times when we have to accept the pain of losing a loved one and learn to live on in a changed world.
