A PRAY OF JOY

Dear Lord,

You created me out of joy.

When You made me, You said that I am perfect.

You made me to live a prosperous life, full of happiness and peace.

Heavenly Father, you are my strength and my redeemer.

You are my healer and my provider.

Lord, I give all my worries and cares to you. I lay it all at your feet.

Fill me with your joy and take away this sadness.

Amen.

MORNING PRAYER (Thursday 01^st December 2022)

Dear Lord,

For all who gather to celebrate the Eucharist today that, sharing the bread from heaven, may we learn to live each day as faithful disciples, trusting in God’s promises and serving others. And have a deeper awareness of God’s presence in our lives.

We pray for the sick of our parish and for all who have asked for our prayers. We pray for all the faithful departed, especially those who have died recently, and for those who anniversaries occur at this time. May they enter into the eternal life promised to them.

Father, graciously hear the prayers of your families. Amidst all the turmoil and change in our lives, we wait for the coming of Your Son, who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen.
