    Laughter Is the Best Medicine

     
    The notion that laughter has healing properties dates back to the philosophers and physicians of the 13th century. Laughter is a natural stress-release mechanism! Medical research confirms that  laughter reduces stress, lessens depression and improves mood. It also increases immune system response and supports the body's ability to defend agaisnt tumor cells and viruses, lungs and inner organs. It enriches the blood, increases respiration and blood circulation, improves digestion and provides an emotional release.
