MORNING PRAYER (Tuesday 14 April 2020)
The women were frightened and yet very happy,
as they hurried from the tomb and ran to tell the disciples.
Suddenly Jesus met them and greeted them.
They went near him, help on to his feet and worshipped him.
Then Jesus said, “Don’t be afraid!
Tell my followers to go before me to Galilee.
They will see me there.”
Lord Jesus, we pray that during this period of Easter we may have the courage to face our fears and the grace to hear your voice telling us, “Do not be afraid!”
