    Dear Deacon Dinh,

Who would you die for?  Jesus poses that as the ultimate expression of love using the example of the Good Shepherd. Challenging enough, right?  But then Jesus adds that we are called to express that love not only to our family and friends, but also beyond our own flock. Why?  Because that’s the nature of God’s unconditional and boundless love.  The more we give away, the more it returns to us; and the more we will experience God’s joy for us.

To help find that joy, we have Reflection Guides based on the Sunday Gospels that can be used in a group or on your own. We also have Guides especially for families and children. Explore our website to see all our Easter Season Resources

    Prayer

Lord Jesus, break open our hearts and expand our horizons so we can experience God’s love in ever bigger ways. Give us energy and courage to become Good Shepherds like you that accompany and support not only our family and friends, but also those outside our usual circles.

I am the good shepherd, says the Lord; I know my sheep, and mine know me.

If you have never experienced the Missionary Discipleship Formation Program now's your chance!  Our next one, starting on May 8, is coming up and you can participate online from the comfort of your home.  Find out more here!

We are with you in our prayers this Easter Season,

Fr. Alfonso and the Maryknoll Mission Education Team
